Lithuania establishes diplomatic relations with Uganda

On 15 March in New York, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Lithuania to the United Nations Dalius Čekuolis and Ambassador/Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the Permanent Mission of Uganda to the United Nations Adonia Ayebare signed on behalf of their respective governments a Joint Communiqué on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between Lithuania and Uganda.
